Emergency Restoration & Water Damage

We aim to respond within hours of your call. As a locally-based Burns company with rapid response capability to the entire service area, we can assess damage, begin water extraction, and start mitigation the same day you call. Our 24/7 availability ensures you get help when you need it most.
We handle all types of water damage including:

We provide complete water extraction, drying, mold prevention, and restoration services.
Yes. We provide professional mold assessment, remediation, and prevention services as part of our water damage restoration process. Proper drying and ventilation during the mitigation phase prevents mold growth, and we use industry-best practices to protect your family’s health.
We handle complete restoration from emergency response through finished reconstruction. This includes water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and complete rebuild with flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and systems replacement. You work with one trusted local team for the entire process.
Timeline depends on damage severity. Initial water extraction and drying typically takes 3-7 days. Complete restoration with rebuild can range from 2-8 weeks depending on structural damage, materials needed, and complexity. We provide detailed timelines during the initial assessment.
Bathroom Remodeling
Timeline varies based on project scope. Simple updates (new fixtures, paint, flooring) typically take 2-4 weeks. Complete demo-to-finish renovations typically take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity, structural work needed, and fixture availability. We provide detailed timelines in your estimate.
It depends on your project scope! Our services include:
- Demolition and disposal
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Flooring installation

- Cabinetry and vanity installation
- Fixture installation (toilets, faucets, showers)
- Painting and finishing touches
- Ventilation and HVAC upgrades
We discuss exactly what’s included during your consultation.
We can do both! If you have a specific design in mind, we’ll implement it. If you’re starting from scratch, we provide design consultation and recommendations based on your preferences, budget, and space constraints. Our team has extensive experience with various styles from modern to traditional.
This is common in remodels, especially in older homes. We assess and document any additional issues discovered during demolition. We’ll discuss findings with you, explain necessary repairs, and provide updated estimates. We handle water damage and structural repairs as part of our service.
We can discuss payment options during the estimate process. We work with customers to find payment arrangements that work with your budget. Ask about available options when you contact us.
Great question! For small bathrooms, we recommend:
- Floating vanities to maximize floor space
- Shower instead of tub (or compact soaking tub)
- Vertical storage and wall-mounted shelving
- Light colors and proper lighting to increase perceived space
- Frameless glass shower doors
- Compact, efficient fixtures
We discuss space optimization strategies during your consultation.
Christmas Light Installation
We recommend booking as early as possible! The earlier you schedule, the better your chance of getting your preferred installation dates. Early bookings (before October 31st) also qualify for our 10% early bird discount. Most installations occur throughout November and December.
Absolutely! We provide professional lighting design consultation tailored to your home’s architecture, color scheme, and holiday vision. We can create anything from classic elegant designs to elaborate custom installations. Discuss your preferences during the consultation.
Yes! We install professional Christmas lighting for commercial properties including storefronts, office buildings, and other businesses throughout the Mid-Valley. Commercial installations are available, and we provide custom quotes for larger projects.
We work in various weather conditions. Light rain typically isn’t a problem, but we may reschedule if heavy snow, ice, or severe weather makes installation unsafe. We’ll keep you informed and work to find the best installation window.
Professional removal includes safely taking down all lights and hardware, careful wrapping and organization, and safe storage until the next season. We charge a separate removal fee. All lights are stored safely to prevent damage and are ready for next season’s installation.
No problem! We can extend your installation into January or keep lights up as long as you’d like. Simply let us know your preferred schedule, and we’ll provide updated pricing for extended coverage or maintenance visits.
