Emergency intake should be simple. If active damage is worsening, call first. Photos and forms should support the call, not replace it.
Call for active conditions
Active leaks, unsafe access, storm damage, and conditions likely to worsen quickly should be called in directly with a clear callback number.

Send photos after the first contact
Photos help show location and severity, but they should not delay urgent contact. Use wide and close photos when safe.
Expect triage before final repair
Emergency response may start with protection, access, or damage control. Final repair depends on materials, weather, and what the first review finds.
